Log into your NUXE account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused products in their original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
